Two games will be randomly drawn amongst the ten First Division, nine Second Division, ten Third Division, & ten Fourth Division teams. The losers will go to the Copa Bruce; any team forfeitting will be ineligible for the Copa Bruce. The survivors will advance. Premier Division & Masters Division teams are excluded from this round.

Those teams drawn into the CVSA Cup Preliminary Round of 10/22/03 are exempt from the play-in game. Losers are eliminated.
